Associate Degrees

Program Goals:
Graduates of these programs will be able to:
- Safety and sanitation practices in a kitchen environment.
- Cooperation with others and maintenance of an efficient environment.
- Preparation of foods using proper tools, recipes, measuring/weighing techniques, and cooking procedures.
- Preparation of finished products that are uniform and consistent, and good in appearance, color, texture and taste.
- Proper lab clean-up skills including labeling and storing prepared and unused foods.
