School of Culinary Arts
At Baltimore International College, culinary arts is more than learning to follow a recipe or attending a simple cooking school. At our culinary school, you will learn the fundamentals of business and running a commercial kitchen. Classes focus on food preparation and presentation of your culinary work of art, as well as purchasing and pricing, inventory control, food safety and sanitation, and nutrition. BIC's state-of the-art interactive kitchen laboratories provide students with real experiences and the opportunity to perfect their skills in a small, attentive environment.
