The Bay Atlantic Club serves Breakfast and Dinner on Monday thru Saturday, and serves Brunch on Sunday.
  • Monday-Friday: Breakfast from 6 a.m.-10:30 a.m. & Dinner from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.
  • Saturday: Breakfast from 7 a.m.-10:30 a.m. & Dinner from 5 p.m.-9 p.m.

The Bay Atlantic Club, located in downtown Baltimore, MD, is a student-run, full-service restaurant and catering service, features a daily gourmet menu.

Students at the hotel management college work in five-week rotations, with culinary students preparing meals, desserts and pastries, while hospitality students serve guests and help with banquets and catering services. Both culinary and hospitality students learn front-of-house management, etiquette and formal place settings. It is the kind of knowledge that you can only get with experience.
