Baltimore International College (BIC) is an independent, not-for-profit four-year college accredited by the Commission on Higher Education of the Middle States Association, approved by the Maryland Higher Education Commission, and programmatically accredited by the American Culinary Federation, and offers specialized master's, baccalaureate, associate degrees and a certificate program through BIC's School of Graduate Studies, School of Culinary Arts, and School of Hotel Restaurant and Catering Management. Students receive hands on instruction from chefs and professors who have real world experience.
